Dr. Kostan has been excellent. He is the first PCP in Tyler who has shown any degree of human empathy that wasn't blatantly fake bedside manner. I simply appreciate his excellent care and that is what motivated me to fill out this questionnaire.

Dr. Kostan is AMAZING!!! This was the FIRST time that I felt that my doctor actually listened to me, cared about how I felt, and included me in to the care that I needed. He went above and beyond. Really really compassionate!!!

Dr. Kostan took time to listen to my problems and go over the results from an emergency er clinic. He was very thorough in his explanations to make sure I understood the seriousness of a problem and how to move forward.

Outcomes from testing in recent months were explained by Dr. Kostan and verified by having me view the test results in my electronic record. I had missed the findings regarding whether I had any cancer cells due to prostate illness in recent months. Dr. Kostan specifically explained the testing verified I did not have cancer cells. I like precise explanations of findings from medical doctors and nursing personnel, so these explanations and accurate evaluations of my current medical status give me confidence in my care as well as confidence in myself so I understand my odds of living, which is important in planning for my future medical care, and important for me to know my survival chances are maximized by application of the most current and accurate methods of care and treatment. Thank you Dr. Kostan. And, thankl you Yolanda and staff. Front desk staff members are always looking out for my best care and keeping me on schedule for appointments. Thanks to Three Lakes clinic.

Everyone at the office is so pleasant and personable.

First visit, after seeing previous PCP for about 18 years. Dr. Kostan was much more in line with how I want to care for myself.
