He says that my expressing mucous out of my throat was merely a personal habit. But it's not a habit when I am not able to get mucous out of my throat that coughing or blowing my nose does not relieve.

I've had this stopped up ears since July 10th. I've been to my PCP and clinic in Lindale four times. My PCP is wonderful, and recommended an ENT. I never could get the ENT she recommended, so I called your Clinic. I got an an appointment right away and I'm already getting better. Very, gracious, knowledgeable and polite doctor.

Doctor Reed didn't rush my exam or procedure even though I was worked in to his existing schedule. He was very thorough and explained what my options and next steps should include. He was likable and genuinely cared about my wellbeing.
